Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative for Financial Literacy programs to promote and sell our financial literacy programs. If you are passionate about helping others improve their financial well-being and have a talent for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role after 6-12 months based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with individuals and organizations interested in financial literacy education.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial literacy programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and contribute to program growth.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, financial services, or a related field (experience in financial literacy education is a plus).
• Passion for personal finance and helping others achieve financial security.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving goals.
• Familiarity with financial concepts is a bonus but not required.
